  • These policies concern the collection, use, and disclosure of the information that we collect when you use our websites (https://theworldcanbeyours.com, https://www.syndesi-international.com, and https://thehillbillystore.com). (the “Service”).
  • By accessing or using the service, you are consenting to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information by this Privacy Policy.

  • Syndesi and it’s subsidiaries such as The World Can Be Yours does not use cookies or web beacons in any way. Instead, for subscribed (logged-in) users, we store your location and language preferences securely in our database to personalize your experience. For non-subscribed (non-logged-in) visitors, we store your approximate country (derived from your IP address) and the number of times you have visited the website to help optimize site functionality and content. This information is used solely to improve the users’ experience and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • The security of your information is important to us and we will use reasonable security measures to prevent the loss, misuse, or unauthorized alteration of your information under our control. However, given the inherent risks, we cannot guarantee absolute security and consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.

  • Session-Based Navigation (Essential – No Consent Required)
    We use a temporary browser session to remember which training program page you were viewing. This session:

    • Is created automatically when you visit a training program

    • Stores only the page URL and your login status

    • Is used to return you to the correct page after login

    • Expires after 30 minutes of inactivity

    • Is required to access restricted training content

    • Does **not** collect personal data unless you are logged in.

    • This session is necessary for the site to function properly and does not require consent.

  • Browser Fingerprinting (Optional – Consent Required)
    With your explicit consent, we use browser fingerprinting to:
    • Recognize your device across different logins
    • Restore your last visited training page even after logging out
    • Provide a seamless experience across sessions
  • This data:
    • This data is stored securely in our database and linked to your account

    • Is only collected if you click “Accept”

    • Can be removed by clearing your browser data

  • Access to Training Programs

    • You must be logged in to access training program content.

    • **If you consent to fingerprinting:** You will be redirected to your last visited training page after login.

    •  **If you do not consent:** You can still access training programs after login, but you will **not** be redirected to your last page — you will start from the main training section.

      Consent is freely given and can be withdrawn at any time by clearing your browser data.
